i was scheduled for app ointment for first working hour to service wiring issues to my truck but i was put behindand yet cannot figure whats wrong with the issue

I was there for my 7:30 appointment, was told would take about 3 hours but didn’t get my truck until 2:40. And I had to keep asking why it wasn’t done. I was there for over 7 hours. That’s unacceptable.

The two jobs were done quicker than expected. Staff was friendly and helpful.

After a thirty year career as a periodontist and a lifetime of visits to the dentist, I can attest that buying a new car rivals the dreaded root canal experience. Let’s face it. Bargaining price sucks. However, the staff at Kuhio starring Cameron but including Darren and David, made the experience torture Kaua’i style, meaning it was as good as can be expected. The staff that worked with me at Kuhio was sensational; kind and respectful.

Truck in for oil change. Courtesy shuttle to dentist and back to dealership when I was finished. Update on work posted for a dirty air filter. I responded and it was done by the time I returned to pick up the vehicle. Mahalo Service Team
